Studystruct Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing high‑quality K–12 assessments and digital learning tools. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued, how refund requests are evaluated, and what limitations apply to purchases made through our platform.
1. General Refund Principles
We strive to ensure that all users have a positive experience with our assessments and services. Refunds may be granted in specific circumstances outlined below, but because our products involve instant digital access, certain limitations apply.
Refunds are evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis to ensure fairness and consistency.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be issued if one or more of the following conditions are met:
2.1 Duplicate Purchases
If a user accidentally completes the same purchase more than once, we will refund the duplicate transaction after verification.
2.2 Technical Issues Preventing Access
If a user is unable to access an assessment due to a verified technical issue on our platform, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be granted.
2.3 Incorrect Product Purchased
If a user unintentionally purchases the wrong grade‑level assessment and has not yet started the assessment, we may allow a refund or exchange for the correct product.
3. Non‑Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• The assessment has already been started, opened, or completed
• The user requests a refund due to performance or score dissatisfaction
• The user provides incomplete or unverifiable information regarding the issue
• The purchase was made more than 14 days prior to the refund request
• The user’s device, browser, or internet connection prevented completion, and the platform was functioning normally
Because assessments provide instant access and immediate educational value, completed or partially completed assessments cannot be refunded.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, users must:

2. Provide the order number, email address used at checkout, and a description of the issue
3. Allow our support team time to investigate and verify the request
Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
5. District, School, and Bulk Purchases
Refunds for district‑level or school‑level purchases follow the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement or purchase contract. These agreements may include additional conditions or restrictions.
