Refund Policy

Studystruct Inc. aims to provide a fair and transparent refund process for individual users and district partners.

Individual Purchases

Refunds may be issued for unused assessments within 7 days of purchase. Completed or partially completed assessments are not eligible for refunds.

District and School Purchases

District-level licenses, bulk purchases, and annual contracts follow the terms outlined in the executed agreement. Refunds for district purchases are not issued once access has been provisioned.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
