Studystruct Inc. is an education‑focused organization dedicated to improving teaching, learning, and assessment through clear design, thoughtful technology, and a deep commitment to equity. We build tools that help teachers, parents, and educators understand student learning more quickly, more accurately, and with less friction — so they can focus on what matters most: supporting students.

Studystruct operates with a dual structure:

  • Friends of Public Schools, our nonprofit arm, advances educational equity and access by supporting schools, educators, and communities.

  • Studystruct Inc., our for‑profit platform, develops high‑quality assessment and reporting tools that are intuitive, standards‑aligned, and built for real classrooms.

Together, these two branches allow us to innovate responsibly while staying grounded in the needs of teachers and students.
